The Suite welcomes you to the Bears Inn with romantic Victorian elegance. The largest room at the Inn, it is located on the quiet second floor and contains an elegant sitting room which adjoins to a lovely master bedroom with classic french doors and comfortable king bed.
While staying in the Suite, enjoy the private Victorian bathroom complete with antique claw-foot bathtub featuring four brass shower heads.
This romantic room has recently been refreshed with beautiful new curtains that let in the Rocky Mountain sunshine through both the bedroom and sitting room windows, and share incredible views of the Continental Divide and towering pines.

Bears Basic Muffin Mix
Makes 12 Muffins
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
½ cup milk
1. Cream together butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs to sugar mixture.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, then
milk to butter, sugar, & egg mixture.Mix
until combined, BE CAREFUL NOT TO
OVER MIX.
4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 min.
or until golden brown, passing the
toothpick test.
5. ENJOY!
This muffin mix is great on its own, but versatile as well. Mix in desired amount of some of your favorite ingredients to create sweet or savory muffins. For example cranberries, cinnamon and almonds, jalapenos, cheddar and corn; berries, shredded chocolate and peanuts. For our famous savory cheddar-dill muffin tops: mix in desired amounts of shredded cheddar cheese and dill until incorporated throughout. Batter will keep in refrigerator for a week or can be frozen in zip lock bags for future use.

For an intimate Rocky Mountain wedding consider the historic Bears Inn Bed & Breakfast located in the foothills of Evergreen, Colorado.
The Bears Inn offers a perfect backdrop for your wedding that is uniquely Colorado with a romantic waterfall, beautiful gardens, flagstone patio, and incredible views of the Rocky Mountain Continental Divide.
Eleven uniquely appointed guest rooms are available in the main building each with private baths, cable TV, in-room telephones, highspeed internet access, and thick, luxurious robes.  News From The Innkeeper
Nurturing Guests One Breakfast At A Time
When I serve breakfast to my guests I not only make it a high priority to serve healthy and nutritious food, but to also provide a beautiful gourmet presentation that my guests can truly savor.
I am currently serving nutrient rich quinoa, an ancient Incan grain that is high in protein and fiber, makes for a tasty and filling meal and can even cure head aches. Guests also enjoy Goji berries with some meals, which come from China, are very high in fiber, beta carotene, & contain higher anti-oxidants than any other berry.
I enjoy taking care of my guests in every way and that includes healthy eating while you're here.
